The Sarkar Guarantee: Our Promise to You

The Sarkar demands quality, and so should you! If the product you received is damaged, defective, or not the item you ordered, we will make it right.

Please Note: We only accept returns if the product meets the conditions below.

1. Time Limit for Returns

You must inform us about the issue and request a return within 3 days of receiving your parcel. After 3 days, we cannot accept a return.

2. Conditions for Accepting a Return

For us to accept your return, the item must be:

  • Unused: The product must not be used, worn, or damaged by you. (You can open the box, but the item itself must be new.)

  • Original Condition: The product must be in the exact same condition you received it.

  • Original Packaging: You must send back the original box, all packaging materials, protective films, manuals, and accessories (like the charger if you bought a mobile).

  • Proof of Purchase: You must include the original invoice or order receipt inside the parcel.

Important for Mobiles: If you bought a mobile phone, the screen guard, stickers, and the packaging seal must be intact. We cannot accept returns if the phone has been activated or registered under your name.

3. How to Start a Return

Follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to contact@shopsarkar.com.

  2. Tell Us the Problem: Clearly state your Order Number and explain why you need to return the item (e.g., "The cover is cracked" or "I received the wrong model").

  3. Photos: Please attach clear photos of the damage or defect.

  4. Wait for Approval: We will review your request and reply with instructions on how and where to send the parcel back to us.

4. What Happens Next (Exchange or Refund)

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item to make sure it meets the conditions above.

  • If Approved:

    • Exchange: We will send you the correct or new replacement item immediately.

    • Refund: If an exchange is not possible, we will process your refund. The money will be sent back to you within 7-10 working days after we receive the item.

  • If Not Approved:

    • If the item is used or damaged by you, we will send the item back to you, and you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

5. Who Pays for Shipping?

  • Our Fault (Damaged/Wrong Item): We will cover the shipping cost for sending the item back to us and sending the replacement to you.

  • Your Fault (Changed Mind/Wrong Order): If you simply change your mind or ordered the wrong item by mistake, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
